Raffenday
was founded in 1987 and is the UK distributor for Delphi
Automotive components distributing their Packard electrical connection systems
and Delco batteries. Customers range from large OE vehicle manufacturers through
to low volume car makers, specialist harness houses and manufacturers of navigation
aids.
Since
1992 we have rapidly gained recognition within these and other industries for
quality manufacture of single lead assemblies through complete harnesses to
printed circuit board electronic assemblies. We are fully computerised with
the ability to send and receive electronically, data such as drawings in CAD
format. This enables us to react quickly to customer design changes or new instructions.
Our
experience has been gained in a wide variety of markets - vehicle navigation/traffic
warning, autogas vehicles, helicopters, fork lift trucks, police cars, computer
diagnostic equipment. 10,000 sq ft is dedicated to the manufacture of electrical
and electronic assemblies utilising the latest automated cutting and terminating
equipment fitted with automatic crimp force analysis, flow soldering, electronic
testing and process control systems. All products are manufactured within the
scope of our ISO 9001:2000 quality system accreditation.
